Leadership and Learning go hand in hand. The more often we learn and reflect the more we can understand our ourselves and what we have to offer.
Coaching is one of the methods used to learn and reflect. There are plenty of other interventions that may also assist, including:
- taking a new qualification
- reading on new subjects/podcasts
- developing/joining a new group
- journaling
- having a mentor or accountability partner
- asking for formal/informal feedback and views
- changing roles/secondments
- making use of professional membership networks
- spending time in quality conversation with diverse groups of people
