The coach uses varied skills and approaches to assist the client to reflect and identify changes they wish to make to assist in achieving their goals and objectives. Then, the focus will be on identifying and developing future opportunities and actions to enable that goal achievement and any transformational change.
Roles
Roles
The client's role is to commit to their journey and their actions acting with openness, honesty raising any matters of concern and accepting challenge throughout the coaching relationship. The coach acts as a catalyst - creating a safe and refelective environment and enabling the client to identify their route ahead. The coach will be facilitative and, provide curious challenge.
Process
Process
Prior to agreeing coaching there will be a conversation to check the chemistry is right for both parties and answer any queries. We will agree the purpose of coaching and the way in which we work. Coaching will be for a finite period for anything from a 'one off' focussed discussion, monthly/bi-monthly, up to six discussions, based on your needs. Outputs are assessed throughout and upon completion.

Varied Psychometrics that can be added to coaching include: MBTI Step I and II, TKI, StrengthsFinder, Strong Interest Inventory.
We also have experience of team coaching using MBTI, learning styles assessments, Insights, people and business strategy development, values and behaviours development, leadership and culture development, employee engagement and mindful self-compassion techniques.

For our clients wellbeing and to ensure access to learning is appropriate, we can provide coaching via Telephone, Zoom and other video conferencing facilities as well as in person.
We bespoke and adapt coaching provision to meet the different needs clients are experiencing in their home and work lives.
