Our Lead Coach

Our Lead Coach is Catherine Dass.  

Catherine is an accomplished Leader and Developer of People.  Her authentic, professional, catalytic and insightful approach enables senior business leaders she works with to enhance their self awareness and therefore personal and business outcomes.

Background  and Experience
As an Organisational Development Professional and through her 20 year business career, Catherine has driven change and improvement within organisations.  In her professional career as an Executive Director her responsibilities have included human resources, marketing communications, governance and compliance, organisational development, diversity and performance improvement. Catherine has led and implemented successful leadership development programmes, strategic workforce planning, career development interventions and agile working practices.  She has also led on and developed systemic change initiatives to achieve enhanced business performance including, mergers, implementing performance systems and business restructures and transfers. 

As a coach, Catherine has worked with a range of organisations in the private and public sector, which enables her to understand complex and fast paced businesses many clients work in.  She has delivered on a range of coaching assignments including career adjustment, life balance/purpose, leadership achievement and transitional and transformational change. 

Qualifications and Training
Catherine holds the ILM Level 7 Certificate and Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and  is committed to ongoing development by currently working towards Diploma Level alongside her other professional development activities.  She is a Professional Member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).  

Catherine also holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resources, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and a BA Honours in Management and Sociology.   Catherine is qualified to administer and utilise Myers Briggs Type Indicator at Level One and Two, FIRO B and is trained in NLP and various other psychometrics.

Catherine's interests include Neuroscience in Coaching, Gestalt Theory, Neurodiversity, Leadership Development, Whole-Systems Thinking, Employee Engagement , Mindfulness and Self Compassion.
